Our Products

Regular Slotted Container (RSC)

The common type of corrugated box with flaps on the top and bottom that meet in the center. This creates two layers of corrugated cardboard on each end, providing extra strength and protection. RSCs are versatile and cost-effective and can be customized to meet specific requirements.

Half Slotted Container (HSC)

A type of corrugated box with one set of flaps, typically on the bottom. The open top provides easy access to contents, making it ideal for storing and transporting large or awkwardly shaped items. HSCs are often used for retail packaging to allow for easy product display and removal.

Overlap Slotted Container (OSC)

A type of corrugated box with flaps that overlap and provide additional strength and protection to the contents. The overlapping flaps help to prevent the box from opening during transportation or handling. OSCs are used for heavier items or products that require extra support.

Full overlap Slotted Container (FOL)

A type of corrugated box with flaps that fully overlap, providing maximum strength and protection to the contents. The FOL is ideal for heavier or fragile items that require extra support and protection during shipping and handling.

Telescope Boxes

Also known as Two-Piece Boxes, consist of a separate lid and base that fit together. The base of the box has higher side walls, allowing the lid to slide down over the base and create a telescoping effect. Telescope boxes are often used for delicate or high-value items that require extra protection during transportation or storage.

Bulk Cargo Boxes

Large corrugated boxes are used for shipping or storing bulk quantities of items. These boxes are ideal for transporting products that are too large or heavy for smaller boxes and can be designed to accommodate various loading and unloading methods, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Custom Die cut boxes

Cut to a specific shape or size, based on the unique requirements of the product being shipped or stored. Die-cut boxes can be created in a wide variety of shapes and styles, including intricate designs with unique features such as handles or compartments or printing.

Pizza Boxes

Designed to hold and transport pizzas.  Available in a range of sizes to accommodate different pizza sizes, and made from food-grade materials that are safe for direct contact with the pizza and have a ventilated design to allow steam to escape, preventing the pizza from becoming soggy. Can be printed with eye-catching designs or branding.

Mailer boxes

Designed to be shipped through the mail. They are usually made from lightweight materials and can be easily assembled and sealed using adhesive strips or flaps. Mailer boxes are ideal for shipping small or lightweight products, such as clothing, books, and other small items. They are often used by e-commerce businesses, as they provide a convenient and cost-effective way to ship products directly to customers.

Storage boxes

They are available in a range of sizes, shapes, and styles to accommodate different types of items, from documents to clothing to large equipment. Storage boxes are typically made from durable materials that provide protection from moisture, dust, and other environmental factors that could damage the stored items. They are also commonly used for long-term storage, as they can be easily stacked and stored in a compact manner.

Moving boxes

Corrugated boxes that are designed to be used for moving or relocating household or office items. They are available in a range of sizes, from small to extra-large, to accommodate different types of items. They are also designed to be easily stacked and transported, often with built-in handles for easy carrying. Provide a reliable and convenient way to transport items safely and securely for anyone who is moving to a new home or office.

Trays

Trays are flat, rectangular boxes without tops or bottoms, designed for carrying or storing a range of products, such as fruits, vegetables, bottles, cans, and other items. They are made from sturdy and lightweight materials that can withstand the weight and pressure of the products being transported or stored. They are a versatile packaging option for a range of industries, including food and beverage, retail, and manufacturing.

Partitions (or Dividers)

Corrugated Partitions, also known as Dividers, are inserts that fit inside corrugated boxes and are designed to separate and protect products during shipping and handling. Partitions are custom designed to fit a specific size of the box and provide cushioning and support for individual products, reducing the risk of damage during transit.

Corrugated Pads

Flat sheets of corrugated material can be used to reinforce or cushion products within a box, or to provide an additional layer of protection between products during shipping and handling. Corrugated pads are made from sturdy and durable materials that can withstand pressure and resist damage from environmental factors. They come in a range of sizes and thicknesses to accommodate different products.

Made from durable and lightweight materials that can be easily assembled and disassembled, making them a practical and cost-effective solution for marketing campaigns.

Have A Question, Check Our FAQ’s

We offer a wide range of corrugated box options with different flute types, ECT ratings, and bursting strengths to meet the unique needs of our customers. Check our FAQs to learn more about our options and find the right corrugated boxes for your products.
How to Choose the Right Corrugated Box Material for Your Needs?
When it comes to corrugated boxes, there are several different types of materials that can be used depending on the needs of the customer. Here are some of the most common types of corrugated box materials:

Single-Wall Corrugated: Single-wall corrugated boxes are made from a single layer of fluted paper material that is sandwiched between two outer liner sheets. These boxes are lightweight, economical, and commonly used for shipping and storage applications.

Double-Wall Corrugated: Double-wall corrugated boxes are made from two layers of fluted paper material and three outer liner sheets. These boxes offer increased strength and durability and are commonly used for heavier or more fragile products.

Triple-Wall Corrugated: Triple-wall corrugated boxes are made from three layers of fluted paper material and four outer liner sheets. These boxes offer the highest level of strength and protection and are commonly used for heavy or oversized items.

What are the types of Corrugated Box Flutes and Their Characteristics?
Flutes are the S-shaped arches that make up the structure of corrugated boxes. They are available in several different types, each with its own characteristics and ideal uses. Here are some of the most common flute types:

C-Flute: C-flute is the most commonly used flute type and provides a good balance between cushioning, stacking strength, and affordability. It is used for a wide variety of applications, from shipping boxes to point-of-purchase displays.

B-Flute: is thinner than C-flute and provides a good balance between cushioning and stacking strength. It is commonly used for retail packaging and display boxes.

E-Flute: E-flute is the thinnest flute type and provides a high level of printability and a smooth surface finish. It is often used for retail packaging and high-end product displays.

How to Measure the Strength and Durability of Corrugated Boxes?
There are several tests that can be performed on corrugated boxes to measure their strength and durability. The two most common tests are ECT (Edge Crush Test) and Bursting Test.

ECT measures the amount of pressure that a box can withstand when pressure is applied to its edges. It is commonly used to measure the stacking strength of boxes and is expressed in pounds per inch of width.

82 ECT Maximum Weight  (180 lbs)
71 ECT Maximum Weight  (160 lbs)
51 ECT Maximum Weight  (120 lbs)
48 ECT Maximum Weight  (100 lbs)
44 ECT Maximum Weight  (90 lbs)
40 ECT Maximum Weight  (80 lbs)
32 ECT Maximum Weight  (65 lbs)
26 ECT Maximum Weight  (35 lbs)

Bursting Test measures the amount of force that a box can withstand before it bursts or punctures. It is often used to measure the strength and durability of boxes for shipping or storage applications.

#350 Maximum Weight  (120 lbs)
#275 Maximum Weight  (100 lbs)
#250 Maximum Weight  (80 lbs)
#200 Maximum Weight  (65 lbs)
#125 Maximum Weight  (20 lbs)
